A few years ago, I attended a professional chocolate making course in Bristol.  I decided to turn what I learnt then (and since) into a business; Chocobay Chocolates. 

 

I take pride in creating the highest quality products for chocolate lovers in Bristol and beyond. I use the finest natural ingredients available, and all of our products are suitable for vegetarians. In addition to this we can also produce vegan chocolate.
